Senior Circuits
Circuit based workout designed for our older members, which looks at working the whole body perfect for maintaining mobility and muscle density that decrease with age.

BOX-X
A new form of Boxercise class that is not to be missed. Designed by ZT founder Sol Gilbert, Box-X incorporates all the best strength, fitness and conditioning exercises from Boxing training blended together in our own special ZT way.

Kettlebell Fitness
The style of training used with the Kettlebell returns us to learning how to use our bodies better, as one unit. All the moves are ground-based, and get you back on your feet, away from machines or benches. Originally called Girya, the Russian Kettlebell looks like a cannonball with a flat bottom and a handle moulded to it.

Fitball
Class isolating the core muscles. Great for functional strength, balance, coordination and stability. Uses Swiss balls to achieve overall toning and core strength.
legs, Tums & bums
Circuits style class looking at functional movements hitting those big concern areas.

Aiki Jutsu
Self defence class, working on defence against striking and weapon attacks.

Womens Kickboxing
Women’s beginners class focusing on kicks and punches above the waist, techniques and fitness.

Pole Dancing
A combination of dance and gymnastics, toning the whole body, concentrating on, and freeing up the core.

Boot Camp Circuits
Circuit training with a regimental feel. For those that need to be pushed.

Express Circuits
A perfect way of keeping fit in your lunch hour. Circuit based class looking at full body fitness. Benefits from both cardio and weight training programmes in just half an hour.
