Class and Timetable information



Thai-X

Thai-X incorporates all the fitness and conditioning drills used in Muay Thai Boxing but without the contact. This class is taught by professional fighter and Fight Skool instructor Kenny ‘Kenshiro’ Moyston. Classes take place in the studio. £6.

Box-X

This is a boxing based workout designed by Fight Skool founder Sol Gilbert. Box-X incorporates all the best strength, fitness and conditioning exercises from Boxing and Thai boxing training blended together in our own special ZT way - Without the sparring! This class is open to all levels, guys and girls and is great for those looking for a complete, non-contact workout. £6.

ab blast

A class isolating the core (abdominal) muscles. Great for functional strength, balance, coordination and stability using a swiss balls to achieve overall toning and core strength. Free.

Spin

Spin class is held in the main gym area. A great workout! Free.

express circuits

A perfect way of keeping fit in your lunch hour. Circuit based class looking at full body fitness. Benefits from both cardio and weight training programmes in just half an hour. Free.

boot-X

Circuit training with a regimental feel. For those that need to be pushed. £6.

Senior circuits

Circuit based workout designed for our older members. The exercises will work the whole body which is perfect for maintaining mobility and muscle density that decrease with age. Free.
