We've worked hard here at ZT to provide the facilities that are important to you and effective . Since opening last year we have made loads of great improvements to the gym, with new Cardio equipment and Hydraulic Equipment, exclusive to any gym in the Brighton & Hove area.

Cardio Equipment: Recently updated there is now a wide range of Cardio equipment at ZT, minimising any waiting time and increses your chances of fitness.

HydraulicTechnogym Equipment: This state of the art equipment optimises resistance training using hydraulics. Covering all muscle groups this equipment is ideal for circuit training and especially popular with women and senior members - We are the only gym in Brighton with such equipment!

Free Weight Area: 1000 square feet of free weights area seperate to the rest of the gym.

Sauna: A large Sauna, perfect for winding down and aiding your weight loss.

Classes: Many classes to suit all your needs.. see ‘classes’ for full details.

Treatments: In 2 Treatment rooms, we offer a range of treatments including Sports Massage, Indian Head massage and reflexology. Get in touch for more information.

Fitness Test: Using the latest state of the art equipment we measure: Body fat percentage, Muscle percentage, water percentage and recommended calorie consumption. It takes just 5 minutes and costs only £10.00 (excluding Platinum and Gold members) This is a great way to track your training progress.

Coffee Shop: Serving Teas, Coffees, Protein Shakes, Energy drinks, Snacks a full range of supplements and now the 'Smoothie Bar' serving fruit-filled nutritious smoothies and with Free Internet access, all members get to make the most of the free internet access and enjoy a Shake or Smoothie whilst checking your mail!

Body Combat

A non contact, martial arts-based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae Kwan do, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and t’ai chi. Each 55- minute class is choreographed to music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers fast fitness results.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Concentrating on these problem areas, this class will help you to tone up and get into great shape.

Street Dance

Learn to dance and keep fit... a great combination of a cardio workout, working on your co-ordination, balance and rhythm.

Circuits

A mixture of high intensity cardiovascular moves, designed to help with muscle strength, endurance and fitness levels. If you like to be motivated by an Instructor then this class is definitely for you.

Ladies Boxercise

Ladies Boxercise - A class specifically for ladies involving pads and glove work, but no contact. A good one for getting rid of any pent up aggression or stresses of the day.

Fit Ball

This class uses the instability of the ball to challenge the core muscles, co-ordination and motor skills. The ultimate approach to postural training.  

Our main concern is your fitness. We will provide you with a detailed and personal training plan upon joining ZT Fitness.

We will also take you through a thorough induction on your first visit to make sure you are happy with your training plan. If you have specific goals in mind, simply chat to one the ZT Fitness staff and we will do everything we can to help you acheive your goals.
